WEEKDAY BALLOTING PROCEDURES
* A Member or Associate may submit a ballot for a weekday tee time (excluding holidays) a minimum of 4 days in advance but not longer than 7 days in advance. Deadline for submission of ballots is 2:00 p.m. 4 days in advance. Ballots can be submitted 24/7.
* Ballots may be submitted by either telephone, internet or in person at the Proshop. Emailed or faxed requests are not permitted. To ballot by telephone call 272-4363 and follow the prompts. To ballot by internet, visit our website at www.inglewoodgolfclub.ca and follow the link to "book a tee time". To submit a ballot in person in the Proshop, go to the "booking a tee time" link on the Handicap computer. The Proshop staff is available at any time to offer any assistance in this regard.
* All ballots must be completed with full names of each Member or Associate by entering their "User Name". Please enter "8" for each guest.
* All weekday ballots are drawn using the internet balloting and weekday weighting system.
* Weekdays from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. are "Prime Time" and all ballots for this time period will be subject to the following Priority System:
1st Priority - Certificate Members only.
2nd Priority -Certificate Members with Spousal or
Intermediate Associates.
3rd Priority - Certificate Members with guests
4th Priority - Spousal Associates, Intermediate Associates,
and Waitlist "A".
5th Priority -Spousal and Intermediate Associates with
Guests.
6thPriority -Wait List "B".
* Maximum number of players that can be balloted is 8 (2 tee times). Each Member or Associate can only be on a ballot once on any given day.
* All weekday tee times will be posted for confirmation after 4:00 p.m. 4 days in advance. Confirmation as well as any alterations to your weekday tee time can be made either by telephone, internet or in person at the Proshop.
* Submitting a ballot does not guarantee a tee time and is dependant on the supply of tee times verses the demand by the membership. The Proshop makes every effort to accommodate every request.
OTHER WEEKDAY TEE TIME BOOKING PROCEDURES
* Any unused Member or Associate allocated tee times may be booked after the ballots have been posted (after 4:00 p.m. 4 days in advance) by telephone, internet or in person at the Proshop.
* Any unused Public allocated tee times may be booked after 4:00 p.m. 1 day in advance by telephone, internet or in person at the Proshop.
* Advance Bookings can be made a minimum of 5 days in advance by calling the Proshop and are subject to the following conditions:
1. Request does not interfere with regular tee time bookings.
2. Must be booked as a complete Foursome with a minimum of 2 guests.
3. All Advance bookings include advance greenfee and power cart rental.
WEEKDAY RESTRICTIONS
* Senior Associates cannot play between 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on weekdays.
* Junior Associates cannot ballot between 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, however, they may "walk on" subject to availability.
WEEKDAY MEMBER OR ASSOCIATE EVENTS
* Tuesdays from approximately 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. is reserved for the Ladies Section.
* Wednesdays from approximately 7:30 a.m. is reserved for the Senior Men's Group up to maximum of 90 players.
* Wednesdays from approximately 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. is reserved for the Mixed 2-Ball Group.
* Thursdays from approximately 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. is reserved for Men's Night.
*(Special events or circumstances may necessitate changes in these starting times)
WEEKDAY "WALK-ON" WAIT LIST POLICY
A Member or Associate may go on the weekday "walk-on wait list" at any time and is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

6th Priority - Any Member or Associate with up to 3 guests.
7th Priority - Waitlist "B".
* Maximum number of players that can be balloted is 8 (2 tee times) except for all "recognized groups". Each Member or Associate can be on a ballot only once per day.
* The recognized "snip rotation groups" will be booked according to their designated rotations approximately between April 20th - October 20th.
* All weekend/holiday tee times will be posted for confirmation after 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. Confirmation as well as any alterations to your tee time can be made by telephone, by internet or in person at the Proshop.
WEEKEND RESTRICTIONS
* Senior Associates are not permitted to play on weekends/holidays.
WEEKEND MEMBER EVENTS
* Besides the scheduled club tournament dates, the Ladies Section will be provided with weekly Sunday only tee times immediately after Priority #1.
WEEKEND/HOLIDAY "WALK-ON" WAIT LIST POLICY
* Prior to 12:00 p.m., a Member or Associate may go on the wait list on a first-come, first-served basis with the following priority:
1st Priority - Certificate Member
2nd Priority - Waitlist "A" and "B"/Greenfee Player
3rd Priority - Any other Member or Associate other than
Senior Associate
* After 12:00 p.m., the following priority will be given:
1st Priority - Certificate, Spousal & Intermediate Associate, and Waitlist "A"
2nd Priority - Junior Associate
3rd Priority - Waitlist "B"
4th Priority - Greenfee Players
